One of the main topics of this podcast is self-improvement, and there are various things I'm trying to improve about myself. Right now my project is trying to overcome my undiagnosed binge eating disorder (BED). I eat to fill an emotional hole in my life, to the point of discomfort and shame. This occurs almost every day, and I'm getting sick of it. I need to work on treating my mental health if I want to be a professional comedian. I want to become fat adapted to hopefully clear up the brain fog that is stopping me from performing at my full potential. There's nothing worse than knowing you are not performing at the level you once were capable of.
